Monica is the Managing Partner and owner of Public Sector Performance Associates LLC. With 18 years of experience, she specializes in performance and management consulting for public sector organizations. Monica's expertise includes business process control assessments, compliance reviews, and evaluations of efficiency and effectiveness. She applies her experience across various organizational functions and levels. Monica holds an Industrial Engineering degree from UNET, Venezuela, and a Master of Science in Engineering Management. Throughout her career, she has focused on optimizing processes and systems to eliminate waste. Monica is also actively involved in the Institute of Internal Auditors, serving as the Education Vice-President and immediate Past-President of the West Coast Chapter.
